Searching Archived Assets

Once an asset is archived, it is removed from the Shared and Local Search. Archived assets go into the region’s Local Archive Search.

Only CLCs and Admins have access to search the Archive.

CLCs cannot move from Touch to Classic View while Archive is selected in the drop down.

Follow these steps

You can do this in touch view.
1. Select Archive from the preferred location drop down at the top of the page.

 
2. Select Local.
3. Search for the archived assets like you would any other search.
