Although this is not used as often with the new system, some systems still require assets to be requested. These requests go to the CLC for fulfillment.
Any general user can request an asset if this functionality is turned on for your region.
The CLC and Business Admin are notified via email and in the notifications box in BrandNext when they receive a request.
Follow these steps

1. Click the Asset Request from notifications.

2. Click the assign to me button.
|
|
3. Click the Asset Request link to open the notification.
|
|
4. Review the User name and intended usage.

5. Click Accept or Reject.
If rejected…fill in the box with the reason why the request has been rejected. The requester will receive an email notifying him or her of the approval status. (It is possible to accept some and reject others.)

6. Click Mark Complete.
|
|
7. To complete the process, click Complete on the Asset Request Complete dialog box to complete the process.
The request window will automatically close and return you to the touch view. |

Note: The Save and Return to Landing button lets you save this without accepting or rejecting and keeps it in your notifications so you can return to it later and process it then. Or, you can simply close out of the tab window.
