Hiding Empty Folders
If there aren’t any assets in a folder, the folder can be hidden until assets are put into it.
If the folder is hidden, general users will not see it in the touch view navigation.
Follow these steps.You can use Classic View. |

1. Navigate to the parent folder that includes the folder you would like to hide.Use the left navigation pane to drill down in the folders. The folder you want to hide should be shown in the larger preview screen on the right.

2. Right click on the folder that you want to hide and select Properties from the pop up. |

3. Select the Amway Custom Properties tab.

4. Check the box next to Hide in Navigation
|
|
5. Click OkYou can see that the folder is hidden from view in the touch view of BrandNext.
