Relinking InDesign Files

There are times when an InDesign file may not automatically link when loaded. You can manually run the workflow to relink those files to the InDesign. This is done in classic view.

Follow these steps
 1. Go to Classic View. Then click on Digital Assets
2. Browse for your InDesign file by navigating through the folder structure.
   *This will not work if you use search in classic.
3. Select the InDesign asset in the main preview pane.
4. Go up to the top of the pane and find workflow.  Click the button.
    A pop up window will appear with a menu of workflows.
5. Click on the drop down arrow in the workflow field and select the “Amway BrandNext InDesign Relink” workflow.
6. Click Start
At this point, the window will close and a workflow icon will appear in the Status column. The asset is going through the relinking process. This could take a few minutes to complete.
You can refresh the screen to see if the icon disappears which indicates the workflow is complete.
When the icon disappears, you can test by downloading the InDesign file in touch view to make sure all links come with it.
