Email an Asset

1. Click the envelope icon
|
|
|
|
2. Enter the email address, subject, and any additional notes or instructions if preferred
|
|
|
|
3. Select the rendition that you want to send
|
|
|
|
4. Click Send Email
|
|
Files are compressed into zip files for delivery. Be aware, most email servers have a 25 megabyte limit on file size. Even though Amway may allow sending larger files, other companies may not be able to receive the files. Please check with your contact to make sure the assets have been received. |
Download an Asset

|
1. Click the download icon
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. Select the renditions that you want to download
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Click the Finish button
|
|
|
Your browser may prompt you where to to save the zip file, otherwise the file will be saved to your downloads folder. |
Adding and Asset to Your Cart
To save a collection of assets for review or to compare later |

1. Click the cart icon.
This will add the asset to your cart. You can tell how many assets are in your cart by the number shown over the cart icon in the upper right of the BrandNext window, next to the user Avatar
|
|
|
Requesting Assets
Due to certain restrictions, some assets may not be available for immediate download. You can request these assets. |

1. Click the Request icon
|
|
|
|
2. Enter a description of how the asset will be used
|
|
|
|
3. Click the Request button
You will receive an email confirmation of the request and the content owner will contact you to discuss and/or arrange transfer of the asset
