Creating an Interactive Contact Sheet

Contact Sheets are helpful for sharing a collection of assets in an easily accessible format. After you’ve added assets to your cart, access them from the cart icon or the cart at the bottom of your screen (move cursor to cart bar and click the plus icon).

Follow these steps…
 1. Add assets to your cart.

2. Open your cart and do either:
  • Select individual assets by clicking the checkbox for each asset

  • Select all assets in your cart by clicking the “Select All Assets in Cart” check box
3. Select “Create Contact Sheet” from the task drop down.

BrandNext will then generate an interactive PDF contact sheet which you can download or print.

The thumbnail images in the PDF contain the filename and a clickable hyperlink to the assets in BrandNext.
