Your Search Results

The results page shows a preview of all assets that meet your search criteria.
The most relevant asset according to your search terms will be shown on top.

The Asset Card

1. 1. file name
   2. asset title
   3. region where the asset originated
   4. date modified
   5. any restrictions (Restrictions are limitations on asset usage, such as copyrights and expiration dates.)
   6. how many renditions are available
   7. actions available (See next step)

Asset Actions

1. View asset Details… this goes to the asset detail page, (move cursor over detail icon)
2. Email assets… this creates a zip file of assets, (move cursor over email icon)
3. Add to cart… which places the asset in the cart for later use, (move cursor over cart icon)
4. Download asset… which creates a zip file, (move cursor over download icon)
5. View a Larger image, this opens the image in a new window, (move cursor over large view icon)
6. and lastly, you can see the number of Renditions available for the asset. (move cursor over renditions icon)

Sort your Results

*Sort by “Date Loaded”, then “Descending” to bring the newest assets to the top.

Filter your Search

Parameters like Region, Asset Type, and Brand are good filters to start narrowing down your results.

When you select a filter your results will automatically update.

Popular filters:

• Regions: The Regions filter refers to the region or market where an asset is managed.
  • If you are doing a Shared search, you may find assets that “live” on different servers from your own.
  • You may have to log into a different BrandNext server in a new browser tab in order to access the asset.
• Asset Type: This filter lets you find a specific type of asset.
  • Keep in mind that logos are most likely an artwork illustration, and NOT a photograph.
• Brand: Lets you specifically show only the branded assets.

Saving your Search

You can save time by saving frequent searches for future use.

 1. Click the Save Search button

2. Type in a name for your search

3. Click save.

Your search will now show in the drop down

Deleting your Saved Search

 1. Select the saved search from the dropdown.

2. Click the red X next to the name of the saved search you’d like to remove.

3. Click Ok to confirm.

Performing Bulk Actions on Search Results

If you’ve narrowed down your results to what you were looking for, you can perform an action on more than one asset.

 1. Select your assets by clicking the checkbox on the asset card or with the “Select All Assets” checkbox

2. You can choose to Add All to Your Cart, Download, or Request Assets

Some notes:

Be aware that processing a large number of assets can affect system performance. If you need to download a large number of assets, we recommend doing so in smaller batches.

There is currently a bug in BrandNext that will only select the loaded search results, so if you desire to perform a bulk action on the FULL results(over 30), please scroll all the way to the bottom of the results to load them all to the page prior to performing the bulk action.
