Asset Preview

See a Large Preview:  Click the magnifying glass for a larger preview of the image or pdf.
To play Audio/Video Previews: Hit the play button to watch the video without having to download it.

Taxonomy/Folder Structure

The breadcrumb shows you where the asset is stored. This can be useful when searching for similar or related assets. Each of the folder names shown in the breadcrumb are linked to a folder.

Asset Summary

The asset summary provides the basic details of the original asset.

Renditions

Here we have a list of available renditions. Renditions are exact duplicates of the original asset in a different size, file format, or resolution.

Restrictions

If an asset has any restrictions, you can see them here. Click this link (click) to view the Intellectual Property Restrictions associated with the asset.

Examples of restrictions shown here are limitations in usage based on Time, Audience, Media, Territory, or License. If additional rights are needed from what is shown here, you can contact the content owner. The content owner’s name is listed in the “more info” tab at the bottom of the page. Click “Done” (click) to return to the asset detail.

If an asset does not have any restrictions it can be freely used.

Derivatives

Derivatives are variations of the same asset. For example, translations or an image with text added to it. If an asset has any derivatives you can see them here.

Detail Tabs

Moving down the page you will see a series of tabs that provide further comprehensive information about the asset. The information within these tabs may change based on the asset type. Let’s take a look at the tabs…

  • The “Details” Tab
    • This tab shows basic asset details like the file name, description, associated brand, keywords, size, etc.
  • The “More Info” Tab
    • The More Info tab shows asset details like vendor information, originating market, content owner, and language.
  • The “XMP Info” Tab
    • XMP provides more comprehensive details on the metadata embedded in the file.
  • The “Talent Info” Tab
    • Talent Info tab shows details about the models, musicians, and voice talent.
  • The “Tags” Tab
    • This tab provides tags used to identify the asset type, brand, categories, sub-categories, and regions.
  • The “Related Assets” Tab
    • The Related Assets tab shows other assets that are linked to this asset. For example, language variations, scripts, and derivatives.
  • The “Storyboard” Tab
    • Earlier we mentioned assets may have different content. Let’s look a video asset to show you one of these differences.
      For video assets, you will see a Storyboard tab, where you can preview a storyboard of the video at 10 second intervals.
  • The “Page Preview” Tab
    • Assets like brochures, instruction sheets, or booklets, which may have multiple pages will show additional tabs: the Preview Page tab will show thumbnails of the additional pages.
