Describe the asset, not the product or program.

Reason 1: This is not publicly marketing your product, it needs to be found by other Amway employees and vendors.

Reason 2. If you enter an accurate description, it contributes to your metadata, thus helping others find your asset with keywords.

Here are some samples of good descriptions:
